1 Who is ITS doo?
ITS doo is a domestic company with 20 years of tradition in the development and distribution of natural supplements. Our products for the prostate, blood sugar and joints are certified by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia and laboratory tested for purity and active substances. 2 How can I order?
Very simple: choose a product on the Products page and call us at 0800 100 200 on working days from 8am to 8pm, or write to us at info@itsnatura.com. No registration is needed — basic delivery details are enough.
3 What are the payment methods?
You can pay cash on delivery to the courier upon receipt, or with a card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina) through the secure AllSecure system. The card is charged only after order confirmation, with 3D Secure protection.
4 How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Delivery throughout Serbia within 48h. The cost is 399 RSD per order, and it is free for orders above 2,999 RSD. The package arrives in discreet packaging with an invoice and instructions.
5 Are the products certified and safe?
Yes — every product has a Ministry of Health solution, and is tested for heavy metals, microbiology and active substances. We use proven raw materials and production in controlled conditions. Safety is our priority.
6 How do I choose the right product for me?

7 Can I return or complain about a product?
You have 14 days right of withdrawal without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. For a complaint or withdrawal, write to reklamacije@itsnatura.com or call 0800 100 200. The cost of one return is covered by ITS; collection is done by our courier service.
